Sharing is central to the new Celebrities ideology, with a menu selection that plays to the sociable trend of the city. It includes starters such as La Betterave au Caviar (Sliced Beetroot Cooked in Salt Crust and Oscietra Caviar Cream) and Le Carpaccio de Saint-Jacques (Scallops Carpaccio, Citrus Dressing, Trout Roe and Herbs Oil), mains such as Le Turbot (Poached Turbot, Green Curry Sauce, Celery, ‘Cevennes’ White Onions and Tapioca Chips) and desserts such as L’Orange en Fleur (Saffron Cream, Almond, Orange Sorbet and Opaline), while also offering a Degustation Menu.
