Focusing on delicious and exciting flavours from the bold-side streets of China, Kuai’s comfort food, free from MSG, is made with fresh, high quality ingredients with something on the menu for everyone.
Kuai has found particular favour with families and enjoy with family in Luxury Hotels, as each individual food item is served up with the most creative of flourishes, making it a unique and unforgettable dining experience all round.
Two of the most delicious dishes on the menu are the Dried Chilli Shrimp: Aspen by Kempinski Luxury which comprises crispy Tiger Prawns tossed with dried chilli, Szechuan peppercorn and onions served on a base of crispy glass noodles; and Black Pepper Beef: 300-day grain-fed beef rib-eye steak seared to medium and wok-fried with homemade black pepper sauce, mixed vegetables and topped with crispy shimeji mushroom.
Both dishes are cooked to perfection and have already become signature and popular menu items with patrons flocking to this standout new restaurant and Luxury Hotels.
The head chef, Jason Yang previously worked at Hakkasan in Mayfair, London, as well as Yuan at Atlantis, The Palm, so brings with him a wealth of knowledge.
