Rhodes Twenty10, the popular culinary grill by Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gary Rhodes OBE and Hotels Dubai, has unveiled a brand new menu, featuring a variety of new casual sharing dishes, presented in a beautiful way.

Diners visiting Rhodes Twenty10 will begin their culinary journey by choosing from an assortment of delicious yet simple sharing plates inspired by some great British favourites.

New additions to the menu include the vibrant Beetroot and Creamy Goats Cheese Towers and Hotels Dubai, with pink grapefruit, tossed pinenuts and blackberry dressing, the mouth-watering Seared Sirloin of Beef and Rocket Salad with samphire, parmesan shavings and drizzled with lemon dressing, the fresh Lobster Caesar Salad, the tasty Chicken, Cucumber, Onion and Bean Sprout Spring Rolls, with bang bang sauce and the delicious Warm Duck Quiche with orange, fig and maple dressed salad.

Regulars to the restaurant need not to worry, as due to popular demand, some of the old favourites remain including the exquisitely light Potted Chicken Liver Parfait with grape chutney, toasted brioche, raison and fig breads, the Sticky Barbecue and Honey Baby Back Pork Ribs with fresh apple sauce and the Heirloom Tomato Salad with cucumber, spring onions melon, fresh herbs with a new ingredient, mozzarella.

After the taste sensation that is the starter selections, diners can move on to the wide variety of mains on offering, boasting an excellent selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes as well as a full mixed-grill option and a vegetarian plate selection.  New to the menu are the Arabic-style Fried Pistachio King Prawns served with tomatoes, chilli, ginger and pak choi, tender Braised Short Rib of Beef with wilted spinach and creamy macaroni cheese and the succulent Pan-fried Salmon with Shrimps, served with cucumber, capers and almonds.

RhodesTwenty10 favourites from the grill remain, including everyone’s favourite burger the Twenty10 Burger prime fillet steak burger on roast confit potato with seared foie gras and devilled sauce, the signature Twenty10 Grill beef fillet, lamb cutlet, pork belly served with grilled kidneys and caramelised onions and the impressive selection of prime cut steaks, from 120+-day Grain Fed USDA Prime fillet to 140-day Grain Fed Australian Black Angus Rib Eye as well as a fine selection of Wagyu steaks including the latest addition 400-day Grain Fed Stockyard Silver Sirloin MB 9+.

Fish and non-meat lovers will be happy to hear that the popular pan-fried or grilled Loch Fyne Salmon, Seabass, Red Snapper and king Prawns are still also available.  The sides remain as tempting as ever with the buttered spinach, triple cooked chips and orange glazed carrots with the new additional side Cauli’ Mac ‘n’ Cheese.

As hard as it may be with the selection of mouth-watering main dishes on offer, diners are urged to leave room for the famed dessert menu. The Iced Pecan Parfait, served with poached pear, pear jelly and caramel sauce is a refreshing new delight while the stunning Strawberry Shortcake is presented beautifully and accompanied with vanilla ice-cream. Finally, the Passionfruit Cheesecake, served with mango and orange salad, as well as mango sorbet will leave your taste buds beyond content.  Never fear, for those looking for their all-time favourite dessert, the mouth-watering Warm Chocolate Fondant with salted caramel sauce remains.
