Jazz Bar & Dining at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche, unveils a new menu to celebrate the return of Jazz artist David and his band.
The new Steak & Jazz menu is a fusion between Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, featuring the Jazz grilled seafood platter with lobster, king prawns, scallops, wild salmon, crab and oysters. Beef aficionados will be able to enjoy three items on the menu including chateaubriand steak, chargrilled Angus Rib eye steak or the barbequed Black Angus short rib, the chef’s signature dish, prepared to perfection for 48 hours at carefully controlled temperatures.
Guests will be able to savor the new menu delicacies whilst witnessing magical performances by talented Jazz band “SoulStar” with roots in classic soul, jazz, R&B and Funk. Hailing from Cape Town South Africa, Los Angeles, California and Chicago, David and his youthful energetic back line will be performing hits influenced from jazz greats of the past, contemporary world music stars, musical theatre and revolutionary artists like Coltrane, Prince, and James Brown.
