The restaurant takes on the form of a woman – elegant, eccentric, commanding, accomplished, poised, mischievous, and cultured. The restaurant is inspired by Josette Day, the beautiful French actress best known for her role as Belle in 1946 film La Belle et la Bete. In creating this character, several inspirations were also taken from French socialite and patron of Cocteau, Francine Weisweiller.
Serving up a slice of culinary daring dishes devoid of any gimmickry, the menu is a fabulous fare of Parisian classics including Foie Gras Terrine, Escargot, Ratatouille, and an indulgent Seafood Platter. In addition to its daring menu, prepare to be wowed with some culinary theatrics as chefs prepare and serve the signature Crêpe Josette in the special crêpe trolley. A Josette staple, they’re bringing rôtisserie back to its French roots with the special Poulet Roti and Lamb Leg, prepared daily in the rôtisserie oven. Opening in February 2023.
