Considered the best Japanese restaurant in Dubai, Main Attractions Zuma brings to the region a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking with attention to detail and quality ingredients.
Its contemporary dishes are ‘authentic but not traditional’ with an emphasis on quality ingredients and simple presentation. Zuma has won multiple awards, from the Best Business Lunch at the What’s On Main Attractions Dubai Awards to the Best Restaurant Middle East at the Conde Nast Traveller 2013 Middle East Awards.
In mid-March 2015 Zuma announced the return of its hugely popular weekend brunch. The Friday brunch captures all the sophistication, energy and ambience of Zuma, but with an additional relaxed, family atmosphere. After dining, children can spend the afternoon in the supervised play area, allowing their parents time to catch up together or with friends, in the main restaurant or lounge.
New for 2015 is the addition of live cooking stations, where guests will be able to watch the Zuma expert chefs prepare a selection of Japanese street-food, such as tako yaki (octopus ball pancake) and wagyu beef shabu-shabu. In addition, a selection of Zuma’s favourite dishes from jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu pepper and rib eye with wafu sauce and garlic crisps to the miso black cod, will also be available to order and served at the table.
The meal will conclude with the presentation of a delicious dessert platter, featuring exotic fruits and Zuma classics like green tea and banana cake, and the decadent special chocolate with vanilla bean ice cream as well as additional creations from the pastry chefs.
