Rüya, is a multi award-winning restaurant that officially opened its first venue in Dubai on 1 October 2016. The celebrated Anatolian restaurant and bar concept is delighted to welcome guests to at the Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai Marina.
Upon arrival, diners will experience the warmest of hospitality – a trait well-known within Anatolian dining – and discover a menu designed by executive chef Colin Clague that features an array of Anatolian classics with a contemporary and fresh twist. Highlights include midye dolma (rice stuffed mussels) and the classic lahmacun (Anatolian pizza) and pide, as well as signature dishes such as slow-cooked claypot lamb shank and manti (dumplings).
